Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges

  • Your order may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the Product if the Product you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the Product is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity.

  • Returned Product must be in original condition, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. We cannot offer a return or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the Product is faulty or defective .

  • Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order.

  • Please send your returns or exchanges request to and include the reasons for return or exchange, order number and photos of the products.

  • You agree and accept that products or services are acceptable for exchange subject to stock availability.

Return or replacement

  • If the product you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (but not your fault), or the product is not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you can request a return within 48 hours after receipt Or replace.

  • The goods that need to be returned or replaced must be unused and in the original state of sale, and returned together with the undamaged carton and/or packaging provided with the goods. Unless the returned goods are faulty, defective or damaged, we cannot provide return or replacement services for goods that have been opened or used.

  • Please note that the shipping cost of the original order will not be refunded.

  • Before returning the goods, you must first send an email to, and clearly indicate that you need to return or replace the goods Reason, order number and product photo.

  • You agree and accept, whether to accept the replacement of goods depends on the stock supply.
