退款政策

Returns or Exchanges

• Your order may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the Product if the Product you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the Product is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity. 

• Returned Product must be in original condition, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. We cannot offer a return or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the Product is faulty or defective.

• Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order.

• Please send your returns or exchanges request to and include the reasons for return or exchange, order number and photos of the products.

• You agree and accept that products or services are acceptable for exchange subject to stock availability.

  

退貨或更換

• 倘您訂購的商品出現故障、有缺陷或損壞(而並非您的錯失)，或商品並非您所訂購，或交付的數量不正確，可於收貨後48小時內要求退貨或更換。

• 需要退貨或更換的商品切需為未經使用並處於原先出售的狀態，並連同與貨物提供的未經損壞的紙盒及/或包裝退回。除非該退回的商品屬故障、有缺陷或損壞，否則我們不可為已打開包裝或使用的商品提供退貨或更換服務。

• 請留意原來訂單的運費將不獲退回。

• 退貨前必須先發送電郵到info@olanda-int.com，並清楚列明你需要退貨或更換商品的原因、訂單編號及商品的相片。

• 您同意及接受，是否接受商品更換須視乎存貨供應。
